Seeing him box reminded me so much of how I boxed pre covid. I used to be a bit more passive because it'd be sparring after 1+ hour of intense training, but it was so alike that I am now double the fan of what I was. So what I took from his technique was that his shoulder movement for his punches was really good, and he had a stable core. This meant that his jabs simply had a lot of force behind them. He'd throw some left hand ones that are strong enough to annoy the opponent, keep his right hand to guard himself and as soon as the opponent tries anything he punished with his right hand. Seeing how good it works in the ring and not just my personal sparring, just makes me want to get back into shape and go into the ring.

Honestly man, this event was so cool. Actual mutual respect in every fight. Even if someone was outclassed, it was all with grace. This wasn't about fake drama and disrespect. And all for a good cause. It would be fun if it became an annual event, but I can totally understand if some people don't want to do it.

It's actually Ian and Anisa's plan to make it annual, with different participants (likely that if some want to do it again they'll be welcome to)

I LOVED this event! Dad demolished Matt in the first match! But his buddy Ryan put up a hell of a fight in all five rounds! Mad respect for the boxers who pushed through all five rounds! And love for Hayley, I was rooting for her. And Arin...about what I expected.😂😅 But he had guts going up against a giant like Harley.

Aron and Matt by far has the most mismatched competitions. The fact Arin made it through without a TKO is impressive as hell, even Harley couldn’t help but be impressed by his guts and when we consider that it was all for charity instead of a fat paycheck on top of that it’s even more impressive.
