Fun fact: This video was edited & all the fire/explosion scenes cut out due to 9/11 happening & MTV refusing to air it.
@TotsNater4 жыл бұрын
Same thing happened with the video for Disturbed's newest song at the time, "Prayer." There were images of explosions, buildings falling, etc. and it was banned for a time because of the similarities to.9/11. Mind you, that video/song came out in the fall of 2002; a full year after that tragic day. And if any of the censors ever actually took the time to watch the full video they would have seen it had nothing to do with death, destruction and the like. But nope. They see a little bit of fire, crumbling bricks, etc. and jump to conclusions.

At the age of 12 yrs old and 45 yrs later still a #1 fan. This is right there on top as one of his best works , one above the cream. The song , the lyrics , the video and of course his madman ass. Thank you John for your years of entertaining me. You was like a father that I didn't have. Your wisdom and love for our Messiah , passion for mankind , the animals and most of all Mother Earth. God blessed you due to your propheticism.

"I'm just tryin' to live, yeah." That says it all. He's saying how he enjoys preforming, and how he hopes that we'll never stop adoring him. If you're reading this, chances are, you are one such as me who never has and never will stop loving and adoring this dude. This is his life. His career. This is his income and he has had the privilege of building his life upon his unique and unrivaled voice to provide a good life for his lovely wife Sharon and a good upbringing for his kids Kelly, Jack, and Aimee. I just sit in awe of this man's talent, even now with him being 73 as I write this comment. LONG LIVE THE ONE TRUE PRINCE OF DARKNESS!

I love Ozzy and his music so much that I replay my playlist over and over and watch the Ozzy and Jack world detour every day over and over! One day I would love to meet him and or just an autograph on one of my Ozzy t shirts, I have 5, lol.

I just feel he's talking about how being an artist is like being a vessel for whatever vision decides to come to you, probably collective energies that need to be shaped, named and represented by a human being, who has no control over that vision, and he's just being 'used' as a vessel to express it.
