I was wondering if you laid out with a Pencil on your model. All the panel lines first then cut every piece of alumn to fit. That is how I did mine it took for ever to do but looked great in the end.

what type of alum sheet you are using ? is it affect signal for tx/rx

Just simple aluminum tape foil from hardware stores .No there is not affect radio signal if you are using 2,4 G. If you have 35-40-72 MHz you must have the antenna out side of the fuselage
