It tastes the same. When the shrimp is already cooked you just don’t fry it as long as you would if the shrimp was not cooked :)

kujtime maizi yes that is Asian mayo ! I prefer Asian mayo because it’s more creamy and tastes better but you can also use regular mayo !

Don't ever use the egg yolk in any recipe for batter or breading...it will be 10x crispier...omit the yellow..only use the white...you ll thank me
