P.F. Engineering hydraulic dump trailer - first test with 3000 lbs!

this is an initial test of a new design dump trailer that i just finished building, filled with 30 Cu. Ft. of 3/4" stone (wet), the load weighing 3000 lbs.
the tractor is putting out 800 psi at 2 GPM.
the key here is the geometry of my hybrid scissors lift, allowing a much higher lift capacity at lower system pressure.
the CAD plans for this will include it's own small gas engine on the tongue for vehicles without on-board hydraulics, a 3 - 6 GPM pump, single spool control valve and built in reservoir in the trailer frame.

the nice thing about a 430 is the additional weight (almost 1200 lbs) and the onboard hydraulics put out 4.65 GPM at 1000 psi., way better than the 317 in my experiment.
