Thank you !! Can this site be used to verify "avakaasha pokku varavu" as well (i.e., transfer of ownership to heir after death of parent) ? In my case, the date of the aadhaaram (as on when our house was purchased by my parents) was prior to 2015, but my application for avakaasha pokkuvaravu was submitted this year. I tried the original document number along with the date of submission for mutation this year, and no records were found!! Thank you for any advice !!
