If all people who felt died we'd be left with a World overrun by selfish monsters. People who feel need to make sense of those feelings figure out the appropriate actions and take solace in the fact that they care and try. Hopefully the World could improve that way. Works like Punpun and BoJack Horseman rely on nihilism to induce a feeling of meaninglessness in a fleeting life. But nihilism which is a consequence of Atheism is not an established truth and in case it is wrong what if the other side is worse is a question that should inspire learning, reconsideration and appreciation for the time and resources like health and rights u do have to be able to help yourself and others with the time u have in this World.
