I am hugely mad fan of Susheelamma.... I don't about other languages but She is the one and only queen of Telugu music with 90% of female voice from late 50s to 90s is of her except Ilaiyaraaja music . Her voice is the greatest miracle happened ever since univese creation...all Indian female singers put together can't beat 50% of her voice melody sweetness clarity and range

P.Susheela amma sang more number of songs in Tamil and Telugu than in Kannada and Malayalam ..... At the same time period Malayalam and Kannada S.Janaki amma sang more number of songs ...... what a wonderful first lady of South india till date .Susheela entered in cine field In 1953 in Telugu n tamil "Petra thai".. After that she sung some songs in Telugu n tamil..In 1955 she sung all songs except 1 in "Kanavanee kankanda Deivam" Tamil n telugu.. Gradually she sung after this movie 2 or 3 songs every tamil movie..In 1958 Kalyana Parisu" She sung 5 songs in AM Raja. Music...All very hits songs...that period PLeela n Jikki came back n Susheela in 1st position...From 1958 to 1995 she sung lots of songs , Expecially in 1960s she was In sky level..that is 1958 to 1980 she sung more than 25000 songs n above..she individually sings 17692 songs..No others singers did not sing like Susheela. She is the first lady in India to got "National award" for tamil song n First lady of south india to got "Guniness record certificate..Susheela only change her voice in different female artist.No other female singers did not able to do...In South india P Susheela only always in 1st Position..God bless you always madam....
