I think 3 critical information are missing. 1. Slits should be made on the spout pipe on the top to collect water easily. 2. Spout pipe shud be placed with an angle leaning towards outside. 3. Filling with sand is an old procedure, we shud use light weight material like husk or cinder fillings.
