You could have saved a lot of time if you would have tested the halogen fluid first! It would have got you to your fuse 21 right off and the relay jumper. I usually taste the washer fluid and if bad, it’s probably the ECU! Take care from Canada where we have not seen an Opel since the 1970’s! (A great diagnoses and usual!)

I have vauxhall Corsa diesel van the ECU was water damaged I have got a ECU kit from a Corsa D my van is now cranking over and firing but will not start. Anyone got any idea what it would be that is coursing this?

I have the same problem exactly. I have opened the ecu and tried to figer out why doesnt pin 80 give the ground. Does any one found the component that is responsible for that??

Try getting a spark to get the cuts right for a hip or valley or cut a tusk tenon. No power tools when I learnt my craft. Final stage before chopping out hinges was to make sure you could get a coin to roll slowly down the gap between door and jamb and you had to be able to read newspaper print through the shavings off your smoothing plane 🤣

Hi have you ever done the common corsa D immobiliser /bcm fault due to flat battery? just curious to know whats your way around it.

The quickest and easiest method for me is to plug Osca in from www.diagnosticconnections.co.uk or www.dealerleveldiagnostictools.com/ both Simply Diag Network Sponsors and let them do it remotely whilst I get on with the next job 👍

Your engine ECU is likely full of water. Find your local diagnostic specialist to confirm the diagnosis. Hope this helps.
