The touch pad was not working and the munipality said I must buy a new one, I did buy a new one today and when I follow the instructions to set up the new box it says rejected been calling them they promised to come today they didn't show up. I have no electricity since Friday. Who approved of these new boxes? Clearly the system is failing. Everything is just a hassle
