It made sense since the avengers gather all the stones in one place. They managed to use it to bring the people back. Yet this Thanos was gonna use it AGAIN to keep it the way it was left behind by the future Thanos. So 2016 Thanos needed to act quickly but that would also mean years of studying goes down the drain. Thanos was hoping that his large force would overwhelm them as soon as possible.

@@racool911 According to Rotten Tomatoes it's the best MCU film. I don't see how it could've been better though, Infinity War and Endgame should by all accounts not have worked because of the extreme amount of main characters, personalities and arcs. Ofc, Endgame doesn't work as a solo-flick, so without context of previous movies it's confusing at best.

The ending of both leaders of the Avengers was beautiful, and I do not know why people don't like them. The selfless one, Steve Rodgers, got a selfish ending, for once in his life he chose himself over the others. The selfish one, Tony Stark, got a selfless ending, proving he was a man willing to sacrifice himself for others. It was the ending both characters needed. Their story ended beautifully and their ending was opposite of one another. We had a happy ending and a sad ending. Just beautiful.

This is the reason why the MCU is one of the few masterpieces in all of cinematic history. After years and years of building up all of these characters and stories were are met with, Avengers Endgame nicely wraps up Phase 3 in a bang and shares a story we will never forget. The MCU does things other franchises couldn't do; share stories upon stories and end it with a meaningful end that is the result of the culmination of different characters we all know and love. The character development in this universe is insane, and I think that is why this movie was so memorable. I am very glad you shared this experience with all your viewers, I have never seen many other reactors do that before. For me, the first thing that comes to mind is Cap and Tonys argument from the first Avengers movie, Cap saying to Tony "You're not the guy to make the sacrifice play, to lie down on the wire and let the other guy crawl over you" and Tony replying with "You're a labratory experiment, Rogers, everything special about you came out of a bottle", and now the saga ends with Tony Sacrificing himself to save everyone and Cap being worthy of Mjolnir. I am so happy to see you love the ending for Steve so much. There’s a divide with it amongst fans. Split right down the middle. Half the fans love it. While the other half absolutely despises it to an almost unhealthy degree. Saying things like “Bucky was Steve happy ending! He lives for Bucky” Or “Steve had no romance with Peggy and should have ended up with Bucky!” Or “How could he leave Bucky” or (at least this one makes sense) “it doesn’t follow his character and it messes with the timeline” And honestly, I love this ending for Cap. Shipping aside, Steve always saw Bucky as his friend, never once in the MCU did he ever show any romantic feelings towards Bucky, and for those that argue he does is just fan interpretation. It has been stated and shown, many MANY times that Peggy has and will always be his girl. And it’s also stated that losing a life he always wanted from her always tore him up inside and was always something he was never able to let go of. No matter how long he stayed in the future, this version of Cap was never able to let his past go. This isn’t about Steve being selfish because that’s not something he has in his character this is him making a choice, a choice to rest, something that Tony told him to do once. Something he didn’t think he had the opportunity to do so until he was given a chance for it. Choosing to trust everyone in the present that they could handle the rest and laying down his weapon. It’s a veteran choosing to retire. He is a man out of time and chose to go back to that time to have a second chance with the woman he loved. And for those that say why didn’t he take Bucky with him. Bucky stopped living in the past once he was captured by Hydra. He knew what Steve was gonna go and still chose not to go back, because his life is no longer in the past and it’s not tied to Steve either, because sometimes you have to let friends go to achieve what they want, because it doesn’t always have to include you. Bucky knew this, said he was going to miss him and let his best friend live out a life he missed with the woman he fell in love with.

Remember back in AGE OF ULTRON when they're all trying to lift the hammer, Capt. America is the only one for whom it moves a little bit, and Thor looks concerned.

One beautiful note is in all the Captain America movies there is a call to the first movie when he was supposed to have a "Dance" with Peggy. So in the end he got his dance with her and they lived a happy life. Such a cool detail.

Endgame was a defining film for not only the 2010-2020 generation, but also the 90's kids who saw the origins of major comic book storylines that the MCU plots draw inspiration from. You look excellent in this vid too btw Mary! Your whole look is very well put together!

Now that you're finally up to date...from a comicbook reader's pov, Clint was the Avenger who was always meant to die. Marvel Studios teased us so many times with Pietro taking the bullet instead of Clint...the Barton family being dusted instead of Clint...and finally Natasha being sacrificed instead of Clint. I was completely amazed at how well they made these films and kept us guessing if they'd kill Clint off now or later or later later. Good times in the theater. PS. I roared my voice away when Cap caught Mjolnir. The best. I still get chills everytime. Motivating.
