Even I was all over the place. Funny thing is that I actually read spoilers before watching the movie. So looks like spoilers don't really spoil much as everyone claims. I came walking out the same as everyone that went in blind. I think that's why I tell everyone to stop being such a big baby when it comes to spoilers. Plus there is reading them and then actually seeing them play out on the screen. Oh and I should throw in that because I get so caught up in what's currently onscreen at any given moment, I end up forgetting 80% of the spoilers I read anyway. I usually forget until they are happening or about to happen.

There are 2 things that keep Infinity war from being perfect. Strange should have said they win in "none" of the scenarios with the implication that he has to do things differently this time from the 14+ million he saw. They shouldn't have killed people we knew for sure were getting movies in the future like spiderman and ironically black panther (RIP) Those things made it obvious everything was, in the end, going to be ok somehow. But for a second or two, I was like "Peter Parker didn't get his powers from his father." Then a second or two later I was "Oh, yeah, Peter Quill. That Peter." Kind of sucks that there is more than one Peter. Kind of like they hired a bunch of Chris's to play the characters. We got Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, and Chris Pratt. I suppose you can add Chris Pine into the mix also, although he isn't in the MCU. But because of Wonder Woman, Chris Pine is another Chris to add to well known Chris's currently in Hollywood that are connected to superhero movies.

A lot of people that went in blind walked out feeling exactly how I did. They were all over the place in emotions. So spoilers don't ruin jack. There is reading stuff and then there is actually seeing things play out on the screen. This movie is the first one that has left me speechless at the end. An absolute experience. It left me heartbroken, and yet, satisfied. This movie literally sends you into the process of mourning. Denial, anger, bargaining, depression and acceptance. And when the acceptance comes around, you understand that every single story thread, every single detail, was fleshed out and completed, while opening a few new ones for the sequel. Infinity War is by far, the best, most well fleshed out sequel/in-between-quel of all time. Juggling these dozens of characters, each with their own personalities and story threads, is an absolutely monumental task for the Russo brothers, and they NAILED it. By far my favorite Marvel film ever. It horrifies, shocks, makes you laugh, angers you, and leaves you wanting more, despite the gut-wrenching punches the movie throws at you. Your emotional reactions were so similar to many moviegoers at the end in theaters. I mean kids and adults were literally CRYING as they left the theater. I was shocked, but quite impressed by the directors for blowing our minds with an unexpected ending in which the villain wins. We are always so used to the good guys winning and that clearly wasn’t the case here. The last time I was shocked in the theater I was a kid watching Darth Vader reveal to Luke he’s his father. So this generation of young kids just had their own “Empire Strikes Back” blown mind moment. That made Endgame such an anticipated blockbuster movie.

I was at opening night, at my local packed theater, and it was unlike any movie experience I have ever experienced; to include End Game (in my humble opinion). @@Italo-Mateus Thanos kicked Thor's ass in the beginning of the movie (despite that he only had 1 stone in his gauntlet). Then, he wiped the floor with Dr. Strange's face as well during the battle on Titan. The theory that Thanos had to wait for Odin, Ego, and the Ancient One to die before he could start collecting the stones does have merit because they're the only beings powerful enough to destroy him. Another reason Thanos waited so long to get the stones is that like Thor said, nobody knew where the soul stone is nor have they seen it but once Thanos looked at Nebula's memory banks, he found out that Gamora has found the location of the soul stone.
