Very actual video. Thank u very much. Still not 100% sure what to do with those delayed investments in lendermarket

You can't do much apart from waiting it out. The CEO confirmed that the buyback is working well so I don't think they want to break that "guarantee".

@@P2PEmpire Hi, thanks for your video. Do you know about the issue with the loan originator Rapicredit ? I've some loans from them delayed over 60 days on Bondster and the buyback didn't actived. I've sent a message to Bondster's "customers service" but the answer was vague... something like "technical issues with automatic transfers"...

Hello. This is an(other) very interesting video from you. I was expecting a ‘company communication’ but no, the ceo appears honest and straightforward in describing the current situation and challenges. It also encouraged me to look at my own investment there and discover that there was indeed a lot of ‘delayed’ (I had not noticed), and remind me to not forget about the risks involved with P2P (I have invested quite a lot on various platforms and had indeed a bit forgotten ..). I take this occasion to suggest another video : PeerBerry has reduced the overall interests rates paid throughout the grid about a month ago to a 10-11% range, then they added Lendplus (Kenya, 12.5%), then Dongplus (Vietnam, 12%) … it would be good to hear from you about your updated list of recommended PB loan originators ? Thks

Some of your requests will be addressed next week. If there's more demand for lender breakdown on PeerBerry we will consider doing a separate video on that topic.

There is always a risk of failure with P2P lending. That's why you shouldn't put in money you can't afford to lose, and only 5-10% of your total value. Never put in more than 10% of your money into P2P, or any single asset or risk for that matter (unless it's a diversified world fund or something). (this is not investment advice)

Hello Jakub, thank you for your sincere and not embellished opinion. Some of small withdrawals went ok with a bit delay in last 2 months, however the larger on is stuck for more than 2 weeks. Does that mean funds shown (as available) on the platform is actually not real (pending from LO)? Then it should not pass the audit and it is serious breach of various policies, bad thing is that LM does not have any licenses and supervision by authorities. Do you still have any pending investments on LM? Thank you!

I am not invested on Lendermarket. Some investors on Mintos reported that Creditstar is repaying its debt according to the agreement with Mintos. LM investors can expect similar repayment morale. As LM is not showing any performance - oriented data, investors don't have any insights into what part of the portfolio is current, delayed or "in recovery"

Lendermarket is setup to be able to shaft investors. It is Registered in Ireland as "Brass plate" company, I.e. no office and no employees. Why? Firstly no regulation in Ireland of p2p companies. Secondly, only Irish residents can make a complaint to the central bank of Ireland about a financial services company operating in Ireland. And guess what, Lendermarket does not accept Irish residents. Lendermarket are ready to be the next FastInvest. Same structure as Grupeer

Here is some additional info that might be relevant: "At the moment Irish residents are not able to become investors on the platform due to tax reporting reasons. While we are continuously working on upgrading our platform’s capability and functionality, we have decided that manual withholding tax reporting is too burdensome and creates unwanted operational overhead. As to Lendermarket being compliant, kindly note that we are currently in the process of applying for a crowdfunding service provider licensed under European law. One of the legal requirements under the regulation includes a formalised complaint management process that will also be reviewed by the Central Bank of Ireland. Currently, most of Lendermarket's workers are in Estonia, Ireland, Latvia and Lithuania. Nevertheless, we are a remote company so this may change in the future."

@@P2PEmpire They will NEVER be able to become regulated, as you point out they have to have a complaints process, and at the moment they don't even answer emails, not even after 2-3 months, so they will never achieve the regulation. If you do have any channels to get intouch with them where they will actually answer it would be appreciated if you can provide it. I have tried the 3 CEO's they have had, facebook used to insist that the email address would answer, but now facebook doesn't answer either. And monefit as much as they do answer their live ish chat, they CLAIM to be nothing to do with lendermarket, yet on monefit it says "powered by lendermarket" :/
