How can you get more theurgys on him? I've registered a bunch of persona's and done lvl 10 on a bunch of social links but yet only have the first 2

you need to get certain personas registered in the compendium You can get Jack brothers by getting jack o lantern and jack frost, you can also get the king and I from getting black frost and king frost, those are the only ones i know of

As you acquire more Personas, you’ll get more. Scarlet Havoc is unlocked from having Siegfried and Mithras registered.
