It is literally worse than the iron sights it has a massive bit of metal which means u can’t see anything horizontally

The manufacturer states an effective range of 200m and a maximum range of 1800m. Meanwhile in MW its useless beyond 10m

The P90 was not specifically designed for range OR damage. What it *was* designed for was to have a PDW and Sidearm with the ability to penetrate body armor that other pistol caliber weapons couldn't. It's range is a side effect of the cartridge's massively increased velocity. And before you say "But penetration counts as damage!" no, it doesn't. A weapon specifically designed for damage would be something like an anti-material rifle.

P90 was built to prioritise armour penetration over damage, it's bullet is small but faster than regular 9mm

It’s very nice looking sight, I just wish you could change the reticle still like the others. I get it’s a bit small for some of the larger red-dot reticles but you’d think they’d make it work, or just let you use different colours of the dot.

Just put this as my secondary with my quick ax-50, it compliments it extremely well. That awkward midrange where the P90 struggles is right where my aim is fine-tuned, so when I use the P90 it feels perfect

Thanks for posting! I’ve been waiting for this one as well. P90 destroys at short range and love using it as my secondary when I run overkill. Once you get comfortable with its recoil, you can literally hold down the trigger when playing with this gun

Man, there's so much info to keep track of with all these. I wish more of the specific info you give us was in game. The stat bars change so little but can have such large changes, and then to have to compare dozens of different builds for one weapon vs every other weapon in its class is crazy.

TheXclusiveAce Great in-depth video for my favourite gun! It's interesting I see a lot of people running this without an optic, I personally can't stand the iron sights though, everyone is different. The secondary is always a gamble for me because I never really use them but I've been running the M19 for fire rate, I guess I'll try out the Deagle, just have to be a bit more cautious. You sir are now my favourite KZbinr for COD because you use C4, It's always easy to get the most hilarious kills with it. I can't wait for more videos like this, very helpful!

P-90 is listed as my weapon of choice, at time of comment I’ve got a small 500 kills (exactly) with it. I only originally picked it up because of gun gale online, but it’s a frequent part of my load outs now, so I would recommend it for beginners who are good at just running around and shooting others who don’t want a slow or inaccurate gun.

My P90 class also has a Deagle and a Flash Grenade. I call it: Rush B. Slap on the Fly Strap, Stippled Grip for the ADS boost and taking care to avoid attachments that reduce your movement speed and rush around with Double Time and Dead Silence. The best part is you don't ever give yourself away like with the 5mw laser. Specialist lets you get Scavenger and EOD so you don't ever have to stop.

I've noticed that the barrels actually change the hipfire accuracy/spread of the P90. This is especially noticeable for the FORGE TAC Retribution barrel which seems to make the hipfire spread worse and isn't listed in the attachment cons for some reason.

I have had very good games with the P90 and this thing is a freaking laser lol. Attachments I use are: FORGE RETRIBUTION barrel, FSS Ring Sight, Stippled grip tape (front grip), Monolithic Suppressor, Rubberised Grip (rear grip) and Sleight of Hand perk. I also tried it with the compensator but I preferred the monolithic suppressor.

I have no idea how people run this gun without the forge tac retribution barrel. It helps in so many ways. I also opt for the increased ADS stock attachment over the fly strap because the sprint to fire speed is excellent and the retribution slows the P90 ads down but its definitely worth it.

Seems like a suboptimal choice to use the rubberized grip tape under barrel on the second class setup when you could just switch to the barrel that has the recoil control built in, saving you an attatchment slot that could then be used for a laser or stock. Alternatively use the compensator instead of the tape, which as you noted in a previous video, gives the biggest bonus to recoil control out of all the attachments.

Well after the video released, but watching it again today leads me to this. This gun meshes well with the 5MW laser, but that visibility con is a problem. Interesting fix for my tired old sprint thumb... Options > Controller > Automatic Sprint = Automatic Sprint. Slow stick movement still works, but you get the automatic sprint to hide the 5MW combined with this gun's awesome Sprint to Fire speed! Fun way to try it.

Ace, Imo I feel like the sleight of hand is not necessary in the P90 since the Desert Eagle is the best secondary u can have, (After 357) so it could be used for something else 🤷‍♂️

Question: at 6:45 the rubberized grip tape reduces the ads by 15% in which you say is equal to 3 frames. This is relative to 60 fps cap correct? Otherwise how is the difference on 120 fps? Just curious how it would affect the gameplay (as in example: would it still be roughly 3 frames slower or 6)

I run it with the forge tac barrel, monolithic, both rubberized and a Cronin scope. Basically use it like a super fast ar and can easily cross map ppl. It's like the m13 but better in literally every way possible.

Just a suggestion, Throw amped on instead of hardened... when running restock as perk two, or molitoves, c4, and stims... the Amped perk REALLY speeds those actions of using equipment up.. and it also works on things like the shield field upgrade etc... some things it doesn't but its become viable as of recent... I like hardened but even the mitigated effect is enough to basically disengage all your weapons attachments like strafe speed, ads movement etc... so try to just get the hell out of there or throw my own equipment to slow them down...

I love the P90 it was my second or third favorite gun from the old Cod4 days. Has so much nostalgia and runs just like it did back in those days. However the Bizons just better I switched to it but I'll occasionally switch the p90 switch back on when I'm feeling it. I run it with the Forge Tac, Monolithic suppressor, fly strap, Stippled and I can't remember my last attachment or perk.

The VLK 3.0 optic on the P90 used to have the pro of ADS speed but I guess they stealth nerfed that too because apparently it’s now under the cons and the only pro is zoom level. Minor thing I guess but still just wanted to share that

When you're talking about Sprint out time specifically for this gun are you referring to the aim down sight after the Sprint out or how fast you able to go into a sprint out

Sprintout time is how long it takes for your gun to fire after sprinting. It has nothing to do with ADS time

A thing to note about the P90. Using recoil control and Recoil stability, makes it a lazer because the fire rate is so high. 7 shots kill fast.

The P90 is simply great. At close range is excells. At medium range it can match almost any assault rifle because of your aim down speed & movement. At longrange with contistent burts you can even get good kills. That’s with a smg. The P90 tac retribution is the absolute best attachment. It turns your little p90 into a fast moving assault rifle fusion and it makes it look awesome.

All four shots must hit the torso up close and the damage inconsistency can really only get worse from there at range. This might explain the inconsistent way the gun feels, when your up close and hitting every shot its good, clipping limbs 22M out isn't gonna be pretty though
