This beber set is a classic whitetail set for later archery and early gun season with freezing to just below freezing temps. Although I'm sure if you packed on more insulation underneath or are more cold tolerant, they could go lower.

If it works for you brother I'm very thankful but I lost my first big buck with the mechanical Broadhead after starting up archery hunting again after some years then I switched to a different head which was the G5 dead meat and literally shot it into a Rinehart block foam Target I pulled one of the blades off of the Broadhead and I switched from their not last season but the season before so 2 years ago I ain't been able to hide man I hurt my left arm I was trying to be a single parent of three kids work a job do everything I could to survive and praise God we did you know anyway I switched to Iron Wheel and I had them flying like darts but when I dove into it I dove into it all the way I mean I made my own string jig started building strings doing everything I could to relate with archery all right anyway when I shot that deer it was quarter to me so I put it right on the shoulder and was driving through to the other side when it hit it exploded the whole front shoulder but rolled forward went across the brisket laying everything open deer walk 10 yards laid down and die was I happy with that yes I was in a way but no I wasn't in the same way I kind of feel like I made a bad mistake I should have put it a little bit further but then again I didn't want to get just one lung so I hit the deer was like 12 yards away I figured I could blow through you know no problem but once again I think it's to each their own what works for you might not work for me you know I'm only 28.28 and a half and shooting 70/75 lb sometimes and I haven't even been able to hunt you know it's trying to get the lump in my throat even talking about it man cuz I do enjoy it praise God bro you are where you are it's very awesome to see

Drurys hunting and alot of others private farms is fake hunting they have more bucks in one field then we have in 6 counties around here .can sit for ten times in a row without seeing a deer this is real hunting, reality not shooting fish in a barrel. They would quit hunting if they didnt see 20deer in a sit😂
@christophersobotka4795Ай бұрын
I agree with you 110 percent, I can't stand watching the Drureys & Lakouskis shows that's not hunting, God forbid if they shot a small buck, they would probably hide in a corner a bowl there ass off.We hunters in Pennsylvania work our ass off to harvest a deer,let alone a shooter, every buck they see are definitely shooters.So far I've been out three times and only seen one doe, and she was to far for a shot.

👍👍. Sweet! Meat in the freezer. Are you allowed more than one buck or doe there in Pa?

Doe tags are my WMU and purchased separately. Can hold a total of 6 for the whole state. We are a one buck state with exception of special reg areas in city areas.
@timbow50Ай бұрын
@@averagejackarchery we can take 2 whitetail bucks but not in the same county( can be on the same farm if part is in another county) 4 does any county, one mule deer buck. Mt lions can be hunted 24/7/365 naturally on land where you are/ can be legally hunting. Pigs the same. 4 turkeys per year- Tom’s only in the spring turkey season. Raccoons and bobcats. First off congrats. Love to see success.but, 290 something feet a second 470 something grains, close range and still couldn’t pass through with some shoulder and offside riband expandable. Single bevel with the same set up would have. Regaurdless it was a success so I’m stoked for you. at 290fps. You can afford 20-30fps and more weight to blow through any bone in a white tale.
@averagejackarcheryАй бұрын
You must be new here. Welcome! I recommend going back and watching my content on how I prefer fixed blades, despise the single bevel craze, ignore any arrow that even approaches 600 grains, and deliberately kill things with setup others on the internet shame people for using. I.e. large cut mechanicals and standard, bell-curve weight arrows. Thanks for watching!

@@averagejackarchery totally get it. Not new by any means I’ve been subbed for years. Like 2.5 or more I believe. To each their own so long as it’s ethical and fills the freezer. That’s what makes this sport beautiful. You have the footage. And results. I challenge you to come to the dark side at least for a few hunts. You’re brilliant, and def not dum enough to experiment. Just give it a try. Apparently you’re going to have meat either way, what do you have to lose ?
