I travelled all the way from kottayam to Etmr with the sole intention of tasting pazhaidom taste. But sad to say the meals were not upto my expectation. The rice was not cooked at all. My tablemate asked me""how is the food. ""I said not at all satisfactory. Then she asked me to report this because the case was same everyday.

We visited this restaurant for dinner. We waited for a few minutes before getting seated ,due to the crowd. Even after we got seats nobody bothered to give us the menu card. We waited patiently for someone to help us out. Unfortunately nobody turned up !! So we ourselves asked for the menu card to a guy who was standing next to our table. He handed a menu-card to us. We ordered the food and waited for a long time till the food finally arrived. One of the dishes was good enough and the other one was way too spicy. We didn’t want to waste more time to order something else and hence didn’t bother to complain too. We felt that the overall service was poor. It was actually surprising for me that such was the experience at a new restaurant with a prestigious name !! Hope they appoint more responsible staff and provide better service . Also there were too many flies inside the restaurant ! Hope there take care of that too.
