Afterg soaking the methi seeds venthayam please change the water in the morning because it will give a bitter taste to the dosa and yellow colour anyhow your idea is so good and useful thanks allot for your idea

Not really dear. It doesn't add any bitter taste. if you change the water it wont give the methi seeds flavour at all. 👍😀

V will add half raw rice & 50% idli rice to make this dosa. I will try with only idli rice next time

Shd we use boiled rice or pachharisi. Sone people use pachharisi. Which is good.

I have heard that salt stops the fermentation process..why did u add salt before fermentation?

2கப் இட்லி அரிசி 2டேபில்ஸ்பூன்உழுந்து போட்டு நன்கு கழுவி ஊற வைக்கவும் வெந்தயம் 2டேபில்ஸ்பூன் எடுத்து கழுவி 6to8மணி நேரம் ஊறவைக்கவும் முதலில் வெந்தயம் நன்கு அரைத்து எடுக்கவும்பிறகு அரிசியைஅரைத்துவெந்தயம் மாவு சேர்த்து கலக்கி உப்பு போட்டு நன்கு கலந்து 8மணி நேரம் புளிக்க வைத்து தோசை ஊற்றினால் அருமை யான வெந்தய தோசை ரெடி 2தோசையும் சூப்பர் அக்கா
