🙏❤️👍I am Ramachandran from Kerala. This is a traditional recipe in Kerala a favourite among the people especially those who have jobs and duties in temple. Usually those people don't use bengal gram/urad dal for making dosas. Neither do they use onions for the preparation of eateries. Now a lot of things have changed. Now a days they use plenty of onions and urad dal daily. I subscribed to your Channel recently ie one week ago and yesterday I watched your video about positive vibrations in the mind by illustrating a story of Raja Vikramaditya and sandalwood trader. What you said is right and I felt such a feeling on many occasions. Wish you all the best With regards and love from Ramachandran

You can try with regular rice. I do use different kinds of rice for my dosa, depending on what is available in my kitchen, or depending on what I want to use up. It changes the flavor and texture a bit, but is okay if you don't have access to idli / parboiled rice.

@@Maria-qm4kc Yup.... give it a try... you'll figure out by trial-and-error which ones work if you don't have parboiled rice. Coz it also depends on how old the rice is and other such factors...

It tastes best when prepared with ghee and ghee is a very healthy fat which should be consumed for good absorption of fat soluble vitamins, to increase HDL cholesterol and other digestive benefits of ghee.
