കേരളത്തിലെ ഡയറി ഫാമുകൾ പൂട്ടിക്കൊണ്ടിരിക്കുന്ന ഈ കാലത്തിൽ നവ്യക്കു ലാഭകരമായി മുന്നോട്ടു പോകുവാൻ സാധിക്കട്ടെ. പിന്നെ ന്യൂജൻ എന്നു ഈ ഫാമിനെ വിളിക്കരുത്. കാരണം ഒരു modern ഫാമിൽ ഉണ്ടാകേണ്ടുന്ന രണ്ടു പ്രധാന കാര്യങ്ങൾ ഈ ഫാമിൽ കണ്ടില്ല. ഒന്ന് TMR Wagon ഉം രണ്ടു മിൽക്ക് പാർലറും. ഇത് രണ്ടും ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ ഫാമിലെ തൊഴിലാളികളുടെ എണ്ണം ഏകദേശം പകുതിയായി കുറയ്ക്കുവാൻ സാധിക്കും അതുപോലെ പാലിന്റെ ക്വാളിറ്റി വർധിക്കുകയും ചെയ്യും. പിന്നെ unpasteurised ആയ പാൽ വിൽക്കുന്നത് ഇത്തരം പ്രോഗ്രാമിലൂടെ പ്രോത്സാഹിപ്പിക്കുന്നത് ശരിയായ രീതിയായി തോന്നുന്നില്ല.

TMR wagon ന്റെ വില എത്ര വരും? പണിക്കൂലി എത്ര വരും ? വിദേശങ്ങളിൽ വേതനം വളരെയധികമാകയാൽ അവിടെ labor cost കുറക്കുവാൻ machines ഉപയോഗിക്കുന്നു. അത് കേരളത്തിൽ ഇന്നതെ സാഹചര്യത്തിൽ ആവസ്യമില്ലെന്നാണ് എനിക്ക് തോന്നുന്നത്

പിന്നെ, unpasteurised nonhomogenised പാൽ കൊടുക്കുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് എന്താണ് പ്രശനം ? ശെരിയായ supplychain ക്രമീകരിക്കുകയാണെങ്കിൽ പാൽ കടന്നാൽ കിട്ടുന്ന അതെ ഗുണത്തിൽ നമുക്ക് കിട്ടും. വിദേശങ്ങളിൽ pasteutised പാൽ വാങ്ങുന്നവർ പിന്നീട് അത് തിളപ്പിക്കാറില്ല.

@@anoopkottalilthankan5572 unpasteurized പാൽ കൊണ്ടു തത്കാലം പ്രശ്നങ്ങൾ ഇല്ല, കാരണം എല്ലാവരും തിളപ്പിച്ചാണ് കുടിക്കുന്നത്. പക്ഷെ pasteurised എന്നാൽ എന്തോ കുഴപ്പം പിടിച്ച item ആണെന്ന് തെറ്റിദ്ധരിപ്പിക്കുന്ന രീതിയിൽ പ്രചാരം നൽകും. നമ്മുടെ മിൽമ പാലും തിളപ്പിക്കാതെ കുടിക്കാം.
