PA Wilds BDR X Group Ride Part (1)

This was filmed on the opening weekend of the PA Wilds BDR X announcement. This is a group ride organized by Arthur W the creator of the Cross PA Adventure Trail or CPAAT for short. This ride we started off in a counter clockwise direction. We went to Bald Eagle state forest first.
For day 1 we start of in New Columbia PA and ride to Benzenette Elk County. I hope you enjoy this content, if you do please subscribe it encourages me to keep creating.

Awesome video. I rode the MABDR a few weeks ago, solo to start, and it wasn’t until I spent 15 hours stuck overnight on Section 2 (Tub Run Road) that I ran across anyone riding the same direction I was. Getting stuck absolutely blew, but then partnering up with a fellow GS rider (who helped winch me out) for the next seven sections was definitely worth it. Plus, it made for some amazing adventure footage for the channel. Enjoyed the video and Subbed! Keep ‘em coming.

Thanks! Sounds like you had quite an adventure. When I did the MABDR I met my first friend who was heading from Florida to Alaska. Then I met another guy from Florida at our first stop and we stuck together till the end! Great ride can’t wait to do it again

Who makes that GoPro stick and does it fit on Ram ball at each end? Is it stable with video footage?

That’s actually a 360 cam on the stick on the front of the bike. That’s the reason it’s so stable. That camera is specifically the insta360 RS with the insta360 selfie stick. The stick has a tripod 3/4 thread on the bottom. Attach a ball with that and your golden. My helmet and tire cams are GoPro 8s

First off, great video. How doable is this route on a TW200! I wouldn't be in any rush, but I see sometimes you guys hit 60 mph on the road. Tdub will do that, but it's probably happiest below 55. Also, I'm not a young man nor am I super physically fit, though I am reasonably healthy. I ride the Pine Barrens of NJ often. Live right there at the northern tip of it in Manchester. Anybody's thoughts?

It’s very doable. Like I said we rode it very spirited at times. No need for the speeds we did. It’s a great ride and I would do it solo taking my time more next time.

I wasn’t leading but I didn’t originally see the sign. But once we got there it was a simple way around. We were not damaging anything so I don’t see it as wrong.
