In this video we will see how to make paal kozhukattai in Tamil. Paal kolukattai Recipe is a very tasty and easy to make snack / breakfast which is often served during festivals. For this paal kolukattai we can use coconut milk or cow's milk or a combination of both. Since I love the taste of coconut milk I am using more of it in this recipe but feel free to experiment with your own ratios. I have added some grated coconut into the kolukattai to add some texture and flavor to it. Also making the kozhukattai into small bite size pieces will help in eating it easily. Serve it with a big spoon so that you can enjoy the kolukattais along with the coconut milk. If you prefer a thicker coconut milk mix you can add some of the flour (idiyappam flour) and upon heating it the coconut milk will thicken.
