Hi! Good content. How much did you spend po for the renovations? And how the business now during the pandemic?

It really depends on the state of the unit and how large it is. For our first unit, it was a 2bdr, we spent well over a 100k but this was around 8 years ago. (We redid the bathrooms, gave all of the bedrooms touch ups, redid the floors, put in furniture - there was a lot of work involved.) Pandemic has hit us hard, no takers for the small rooms (studio and 1bdr). Fortunately we have found tenants for the larger rooms (2bdr and up) so that has helped a lot.
