Miami got the steal of the draft. This guy will succeed at the next level! Why? Because this guy puts his nose to the grind and works on fundamentals. His footwork alone is more advanced than 3/4ths of the starters in the nba. He out works everyone on the floor on the offensive end and the defensive end. And most importantly, the dude only cares about winning. Mentality is hard to come by in kids now. Jaime has that. As a laker fan, I am jealous. He will be a starter halfway through the season. You cant keep winners like him off the floor.

McLean is phenomenal trainer, this is an impressive video. His time at UCLA was amazing. I think he still holds the UCLA and Pac-10/12 records for career points. Don was a first-round NBA pick and had a solid pro career. He's a perfect fit for these prospects to learn what it's going to take.
