Thank you. It’s growing slowly but always going to be a little difficult being a slightly more niched version of the sport. These things take time to build up.

I've been watching your videos for a while now and was wondering if you can make a video on different cues, tips sizes, types of tips and pool balls. I cant find anything on English pool cues. Thanks a bunch

I was in the same position as you three years ago when I was speccing up my cue to be made. From what I researched I found that 57.5 inches, 8mm - 8.5mm tip and around 16.5oz to be a very good base point for a cue. As this was my first real cue I ordered with these specifications opting for a 8.5mm tip and have never looked back. However if you are older and have been playing with a heavier/lighter cue for your entire life it might be worth taking your cue to a cue maker around you and getting his opinion on it. Normally they'll have a few cues there that you can use to get a feel for it.

Like the new table bud, but why the grey colour cloth? If you're playing in the pub leagues the majority of the tables are always green. Will your practice on the grey give you an advantage when it matters?

It's a Strachan superfine cloth which they use in the Supreme pool series kzbin.info/www/bejne/kJqvgWeLZ62Fe7M They're trying to give 8 ball pool it's only distinct look and visual identity. It also looks good in my kitchen!!!

Great videos nicely edited. Are you a professional or just a very good county player?

Would like to see you play some matches. But since this is "pool school" maybe show some coaching videos, if you coach.

I only play local pub league matches but I can see if they'd let me set a camera up in the pub. I've never coached anyone, one to one, I'm not sure I'm really qualified to do that. Just trying to share the knowledge I've gained over the years all in one place, because I found it hard to find videos specific to 8 ball when learning myself.

Where can i buy a good quality but affordable pool table from
@PoolSchool

Depends if you want new or used? I bought mine new from "Pool tables online". You can pick up lots of decent second hand tables though from places like gumtree and ebay if you're able to collect.
