I stumbled upon a transcription of this for solo piano today. Maybe I'm stating the obvious, but this MUST have inspired Bach's Chaconne in D minor for violin, esp the Busoni transcription?

I made a typing error it should be Pachelbel - Chaconne and not Chavez. Error regretted.
