Him being a gentlemen and running off to the side to throw that cup out was the difference, running is brutal. My official timed mile PR is 6:00.01, and that .01 drives me nuts even today.

Brutal. Congrats to Mark for a great PR. It remembered of a race a few years ago, I had a 39m08s in 10k and I needed sub 39 to qualify to a nice race in Madrid, but at the same time I was happy that I had a PR in that distance

Hey man- ive been dealing with achilles tendonitis the past 8 months. Taking an extended rest from running is quite difficult as you would know. What did you find was the most important thing that got rid of you Achilles issues? :)
