I’m planning on running my first marathon this summer late in August. I’ve recently run a 1:22 half marathon, and I haven’t started my marathon training yet because track season has yet to end. These videos have gotten me really stoked to race a full, and I’ve been taking notes on some of the things you do in preparation. Truly inspiring stuff you do, and you’ve transformed my dread into exciting energy.

Congratulations Eric! I envy your ability to put out such well constructed running videos that have this sort of film experience behind it. Truly unique of state of the art for KZbin. When you were discussing your race intensity (being on the cusp of threshold for majority of the race), you stated something a long the lines of “being really excited about the fact that, strategically, the race was ran very well”, before you had even mentioned your finish time. I’ve been watching for awhile and you always make your goals public, when you said that my reaction or maybe how I would have reacted to feeling that way would be sort of a “cope” if my time goal wasn’t met. I would try to tell myself, even though I didn’t hit the goal, let me just make myself feel better. It wasn’t until the end that I saw that you said that and had that mindset DESPITE achieving your time goal and to you the race experience and how you prepared, how you did it was the most important thing. At 23, I continually learn new things and new mindsets about life because of your channel and I am astonished at how humble you are despite getting what you say will happen to happen. Fantastic KZbin channel, fantastic creator. 10/10

Hi Eric, just curious of how the switch to the Endorphin Elite has gone from the EP3. Appreciate any details and comparisons. Great stuff!

Absolutely love them!! I do get totally wrecked in the toes/toenails though. I never feel it in the race, but half of my toenails died after Boston, and I get blisters on the toes after races like this. Don't know if it's the shoes or just my disposition. I would get it with the EP3s, but it seems to be more intense with the elites. Still feel so so fast in them.
@Otis2207 ай бұрын
Sounds like the Rocker. They both have them though the EPE is very aggressive. I believe the rocker starts a tad bit earlier on the EP3. The midsoles are so different. Curious what your input was. I ran Amsterdam in the EPE.
