I would suggest a fireproof safe to keep your passport in at home. We have all our most important documents in one. I always enjoy your videos!

I always end up busting a nail (or three) when I pack for a trip, so I'm glad I'm not the only one :D I also happen to have very impressively large thighs, so that's also why I prefer the longer lenth swim shorts. It also helps cover some of the parts of my skin I don't want to expose to the sun and saves me from constant sun cream reapplication...

I recently read the following 3 books by Freida McFadden and LOVED them…suspenseful but not scary and well-written…The Housemaid, The Housemaid’s Secret and The Perfect Son. I could not put them down and my husband read them quickly after me. Enjoy your cruise. Excellent packing video.

Love how you went through everything. I actually got tired of having to wait to pack my sonic toothbrush so I just bought a new one and the old one stays in my toiletry bag. J D Robb books. It is a series but you also don't have to read it in order unless you want to follow the personal lives of the characters in order. Each is it's own murder investigation. Do you borrow kindle books from your local library? There's a lot of books in this series so it would be the best way to try this series. There are a lot of books.

You can correct me if I’m wrong I believe you do watch Hallmark aurora, tea garden mysteries their books, so you might want to try them. I like it but I do books on tape so audio for free through my library but you might like that. where did you get that big phone holder thing? I didn’t see the link for the O’Neill beach dress. you might want to try 32° men’s shorts I have two pairs but I am a little bit more fluffier but they are really comfortable. I do not chase at all and it’s 32° cool and it does keep me cool I have one blue one black and I wear them, and they’re really long I don’t like stuff above my knee also, they have a swim dress

I love cozy mysteries for travel. Very brainless reading and relaxing (for me). So many are free on kindle. I bought myself and family new soniccare for Christmas so we now have 2 and One is dedicated to travel, I just make sure it's charged before I pack it! I travel frequently also, so having dedicated travel items (makeup, first aid, curl iron, toothbrush) makes my life so much easier and less chance of forgetting! Also, I always have a flashlight (waterproof) with me.

I always have a mini flashlight in my toiletry bag, as I learned the hard way during a power failure while staying in a hotel. Their generator did not kick in automatically and I freaked out. Also, it can be helpful in any number of situations.

Not sure if you are at all into Mary Higgins Clark or her daughter Carol Higgins Clark but I love their books and absolutely love their collab books. It's not Christmas time but you may find Santa Cruise fun for when you're on a cruise. It's a light and fun mystery. As are any of Carol Higgins Clark's books where as her moms books tend to be a bit more serious.

Floridian here! I highly recommend thigh rescue or body glide if you’re coming here or any hot weather place it’s a lifesaver. Also, your asthma might be worse in Florida because of the allergens (there’s so many and year round) a lot of people have a worse time here. Great video as always!!

MC Beaton is an English author who has two book series in the cozy mystery genre one is Agatha Raisin and the other is Hamish Macbeth. They are quick reads with humor, murder, romance. They are not new releases but I think you would enjoy them. Agatha Raisin is my favorite. I used to recommend them when I was a librarian.

Books-Have you tried JD Robb’s? These are futuristic mysteries written by Nora Roberts but under the name JD Robb’s. I like travelling with an ereader for the same reason- need something you can read in the sun plus it save room in the bag.

Not cotton, but my recommendation for a short replacement is Duluth Trading Dry on the Fly. Nice, classic look, good colors and they are super for warm weather travel or being active. I did have to get them nipped in in the waist a bit, but they are high quality and worth it.

Since you asked for book suggestions, I recently finished “Immigrant Daughter: Stories You Never Told Me” by Catherine Kapphahn, she also narrates the Audible version which is how I experienced it. Summary: “Traversing time and place, memoir and novel, this lyrical narrative explores the collective memory between mothers and daughters and what it means to find wholeness. It is a story where a daughter gives voice to her immigrant (from Croatia) mother's unspoken history, and in the process, heals them both.” It's heavy in parts, but it's a true story and feel it’s relevant to today in several ways.

I use a general packing list that I customize for me, there may be items like gloves, scarves that I do not need for a warm weather trip but at least it will be there to remind me when I do take a trip that I things like that. Since I have been using it, I haven’t forgot things to pack. Anytime there is something specialized for the trip to add to the general packing list, I just write on it. I always have my toiletries bag packed with my “must haves”. I just refill/replace items after we return from a trip, so it is ready to go for the next trip. I purchased a second toothbrush for travel, and replacing the head to my home toothbrush if there a long period of time between trips.

If you haven’t tried it yet, I highly recommend Nuud deodorant. It works miraculously and the tubes are very compact and made from sugar cane. One tube lasts me 6-9 months. I’ve never turned back. Hope you have a lovely cruise!

My "Kindle books" are mostly by Sue Roberts. The guys call them my Hallmark movie books. Lol!!! Stories of women going on a trip and usually falling in love when they least expect it. Light reading. Quick. Fun. And WOW!! I started wearing disposable contacts last year - game changer!!! So much easier. I typically wear my glasses, day to day (because of that annoying fact of needing cheaters with contacts) but fresh contacts are SO GOOD! Have a super fun time on your trip!
