Do you have to use the prep bowl or can you put the soup directly into the stainless steel container?

What is the purpose of having the prep bowl and the outside swell bowl? Why not just put the food into the bigger bowl. What’s the point of the prep bowl?

stephaniee1109 To makes grab and go meals all at once, I think. The prep bowls come in sets of four, so you can prep four days worth of lunches at once.

Really small. As for me the volume of inner bowl is not enough to feel fool

why is all the food cold when its in the swell eat? surly the chili and the soup is meant to be hot isnt it? theres no hot smoke coming off anything
