I have the same backpack. I did a month long trip through italy and greece with it. It was the best choice I made. Not having too much stuff feel really freeing.

Did you have any troubles on the airport for the bag being too big for carry on?

@@slavicastojanova4818I just asked the same question, would be good to know and who they flew with.

I am looking to buy a backpack. I have a question. Is the air suspension any good on this backpack? And what is the size of the metal suspension back..I am wondering if it fits in ryanair metal rack length wise?

Have a great trip! I personally don’t use packing cubes because I find they actually add too much bulk. Instead, I roll my clothes into every crevice of my suitcase. I get creative but with just a carry-on bag, it’s easy to find everything.

i just discovered compression sacks! Same thing as sleeping bag compression sacks. I put all my clothes in a small one and it compresses it SO much. I sit on the top and tighten the straps. It doesn't have the organization aspect of cubes, but I'd rather have a smaller bag. I end up making a mess regardless when I use cubes.

@@2paranoid2think does it compress clothes more than packing cubes?

@@anon003 I think so. Look up pics and reviews to see the compression

@@2paranoid2think is it better to fold or roll with compression sacks?
@2paranoid2think Жыл бұрын
@@anon003 I've been folding the clothes into flat squares, about the size of the diameter of the sack. I think that's the best way to end up with the most compressed bag. Not sure how standard the sizes are across brands. Both the small and medium can fit a lot of clothes and I had to remove some to make sure it compressed small enough to have enough room for my other things.

Wow, I might rethink my packing strategy now! I have the same pack - and I was thinking of adding a suitcase but maybe not!

I travel with the farpoint 40, been a few years with it I always thought it was a pain to fit stuff, but you stuff more in it then I ever did, so I reckon I got plenty of room now 😂

If you are traveling with Easyjet or Ryanair, youre packing method is way over 10kg for a carry on. If youre traveling with major airlines then check-in luggage is mostly already included in the ticket cost. 80% of your stuff can be in a small roller luggage and checked in.

Did you have any troubles on the airport? Was it okay to take this bag as a carry on?

Do you carry an adapter and converter for different countries? I love the Eagle Creek backpacks, I use their compression packing cubes, too…they are super lightweight! I enjoyed watching your video.

I'm curious, who did you fly with and did they allow you to carry it on? I know Jet2 are super strict and I'm looking for a bag I'm not going to have an issue with. Thanks ✌🏽

What do you think of the Teva sandals? I’ve bought a pair, thinking I’d bring them on my backpacking trip but I do think they’re a bit expensive so I want to know if they’re worth the price! ☺️

Oh my god I was the same. They ended up being my favourite pair of shoes for the whole trip. They are so comfortable. I chose to wear them most of the time over sneakers/runners. The only thing you’ll regret is the ugly tan line 😂
