Robbie, Dinner is really just another kid in the family. Love the guy, looks to me like he has your back and would never take advantage of the generosity you show him when it comes to an employee. I have seen guys struggle with the markings on tapes on a few occasions. And Robby throwing in the decimals (.250, .125, .625....) might really do a number on some. When building furniture one will get as small as 1/64th of an inch.
