This is the first time I have cooked on camera with my wife - a massive influence in my life and an incredible Thai chef - (yes she has the certificates and has put the time in to prove it) That's NOT what its about - a steady knowledge and the practical way to cook Thai food wins me over every time! I do not do complicated - WHY when life is so complicated already! I hope I can encourage her to help me more often and even cook -Hope you enjoy a more light hearted way of cooking. Best, Rik
