You paint a different picture of South Africa than we here in the states are often presented. Very nice video. Ohh to be young again. Float trips on the many rivers in Oregon were a feature of my youth. Why are there tears in my eyes watching this video?

Love that trip, mate! You need to see the Chilliwack River, Nahanni, Athabaskan, Kicking Horse, Kanaskis, in Canada....there are so many others but I recommend these...📸🪓📡, cheers!

This is a good video. Do you think it would be possible for me to do a solo trip with an inflatable with a 2hp motor and do some fishing and camping on the river banks over a few days?

I don’t think so, firstly because it is too shallow at some points for any motors, and also not sure about the legalities.
