For me thats the best way to learn tactics. To see it and have the explanation why it's good or bad. Would love to see this for advanced level. Great work 👍

This is some great timing, having a match in a couple of hours, just to freshen up those important things

Yes I really like watching match analysis and I feel it was some time ago since the last one, awesome and thanks! I guess it takes lots of time to analyze full matches so it makes sense for them to not be uploaded too often but it's always appreciated when they arrive. I have tried watching myself on video but I have realized I have a "phobia" of watching myself on video.😁 So these types of videos become even more helpful.

Great stuff, Sandy! I love the small example shots of what a gaucho is in between the video. Those really make it even more refined.

When my partner has rushed the net and is exchanging volleys then there's always the risk that when you try to approach the net also they manage to volley at your feet when you are still moving and end up losing the point. What should you do here? In the video you advise to move to the net but I don't think it's as simple as that or should you hope that they are not really in control of their shots at that point.

I do often the split step when I receive the serve but I don't do it during the rallies. I will force myself to do it during the next matches

Hi Sandy:) Would you also advise 60% cross bandejas for a lefthander (playing on right hand side)?
@ThePadelSchool11 ай бұрын
Depends on the game situation and tactic - it's tough to give such percentages but yes a lot would go cross.

Hi Sandy, thank you for the videos! Really helpful! I know about the split step but I really struggle to implement it in my game. Are there any drills to train this or do you have other advice to do so?
@ThePadelSchool9 ай бұрын
can be done with a coach for example. on your own it's more a focus- start small, in the warm up and in training focusing on it. it will develop as you practice it
