Hello Preeti. I found out your channel since I want to do headsteand and your workout and explanations are the best out there and. I'm quickly working towards it. I also would like to do lotus pose one day but I'm struggling a lot with unflexibility in my hips. Can you please make a tutorial on just how to make it to sitting cross-legged? This would be life changing for me! Love your content, keep up the great work!!

I have done this twice and still couldn't achieve padmasana pose. I think this pose is not for me.

Hi! I managed padmasana with this practice but I was wondering about the significance of right foot first.....I have a lot of pressure pain on my left leg when I practice this asana right foot first that I don't have when I practice left foot first....should I persevere with right first or just be grateful I can get into it even if it's left first? 😆

The last sequence was tough for me. Couldn't stretch hands and touch chin to the ground 😭. A lot of pressure on knees 😲
