I had such an exhausting week. Not a bad week, just exhausting. I had 5 hours for two days in a row (honestly, in IB that's somewhat normal though 😭) so a good night's sleep sounds great! Love the vlogs - they always cheer me up and add motivation to my day!

Waking up at 5 am is cruel anyway, I used to be a rower when in high school and there were months when we had a practice at 6 am, before school (mostly because we were rowing in the sea and that time the sea was calm). But waking up at 5 am and ending up in a rowing machine is the worst that can happen to a rower...🚣‍♀️

Anthony O'Sullivan . I loved the white jumper with black and purple arm bands and the purple lace top you were wearing when you did your internship interview. They were both very elegant. Also big respect for not drinking alcohol and staying on water when uou went to the You Tubers Formal. It is such a great example to set, I do not drink much alcohol. Also good that you disaproved of the guys cheating in poker. Your a very principled lady. You should make the lads watch " Cheaters Revenge " from the Mafia movie Casino, that will put them of cheating at cards. I was a worries when you all you had for breakfast was a pan au chocolat and then you only had half an hour for lunch. You said that you had done six hours hard study that day. Things did get better when you had the tupperware of cereal.Can i suggest you have a banana in the morning for breakfast. I used to have cereal and toast for breakfast with a pot of tea. Then I switched to cereal with fresh friut mixed up in it. Now for ages I have had a bowl of mixed fruit in the morning, half a banana, a quater apple, handful of grapes, satsuma follwed by toast and a pot of tea. I do of course have a three qauter size Leibherr Fridge ( Leibherr make the best fridgeds and freezers. I keep grapes in a tuppeware lined with paper and do the same with strawberries. That way I can keep strawberries in my fridige for 2- 3 weeks and grapes for 3- 4 weeks. How much fridge space do you have in the staircase kitchen. There is an saying which I saw in the window of a restaurant in Nottingham." Eat lile a king for Breakfast. A Prince for Lunch and Pauper for dinner/supper. It is really importan that you eat properly to fuel your brain to tackle your degree Paige. Love you shedloads Paige. P.S Keep an eye on the post at Porters Lodge this week

Elias Cuevas Pretty sure supervisions are the equivalent of what other universities call tutorials (which are usually a compulsory unit of each course since question attempts and/or attendance are marked).

Yeah supervisions are compulsory, but our attendance/question attempts don’t contribute to our final grades. The supervision system is designed to help us consolidate the course material and do our best in exams at the end of the year.
