What exercises can I do to prevent this? I’ve been dealing with this for a few years and it gets better and then worse. It’s defeating.

I have this issue but I also had complete spinal fusion due to my scoliosis being 43 degrees. How can I relieve pain since I cannot get adjusted

I would suggest working with a physical therapist to help rebalance muscles, work on musculature compensation, and stretching techniques
