@@drrganguly3324try this one, plus Adam Fields’ videos for sinus relief and Eustachian tube disorder and some lymphatic drainage videos for sinusitis. Doing all of it together finally helped mine start draining after 2 weeks of hell (stabbing ear pain and stabbing teeth/jaw pain)

Try bilanural beats too. Sleeping with it at night too. Sounds crazy but it helps 😊

You need to see an ENT. You may have a polyp or mucous cyst which will not clear without a procedure by a doctor.

Dr. Beau, I’ve been sitting in bed and doing this massage for the past four hours. It feels like I’m dealing with an endless amount of mucus( small amount but continuously). I want it all gone, but as long as I keep massaging, it will also keep draining. Is that normal?
