Good morning, my pain is directly on the outside of my left arm. I wrenched it about a year ago when I slipped in the driveway and caught myself on my car. It has been tender but getting better. I am having bad sinus headache today. I am suffering from sinus headaches for many years. If there is sinus infection amoxicillin antibiotic does not work as one needs stronger antibiotic for infection to go. My stomach can’t take stronger antibiotics. The pain is usually bad on the left side just above the left nostril and then it also extends higher in the head above left side. If the pain is there for long time then it is in whole head. If this pain is there at night then it is very difficult to sleep. It is very unpleasant and uncomfortable to live with this. It is inflammation also. A month ago I got throat infection from my sister. There was diarrhea also. I still have some cough. Looks like this infection is gone into sinuses also. I am 68 years old. So it is taking long to deal with this or any infection. Will the exercises you have given in this video will help me. Cost of becoming a chiropractor compared to the pay one would make ? I looked it up a few years ago and found 60 thousand dollars for the school for a job that pays 60 thousand a year. Vs cdl school that cost 5 thousand dollars for a job that starts out at more than 60 thousand a year. Plus cdl school was two weeks vs years of becoming a chiropractor
