Well said. If you wait for pain yo disappear before we can have a life, that is an "either/or" perception. Sometimes "both/and" is the reality. The pain can coexist with fun and joy. But I find the pain will recede when the joy rises. Accept coexistence of the dual reality. You are so right. Try to allow your reality to be what it is like turning your attention to the light more often than glancing toward the dark. Be kind to yourself. Pain likes anger. Thanks Dan, as always.

Great points - love the last statement. Pain loves anger. I may just shoot a video on that topic. Thanks!

@@PainFreeYou Love what you do! We are all working toward the same goal. If you like a comment, feel free to use it..I'm .happy to contribute! I think we learn dychotomous "eithor/or" thinking early on and I've found progress comes when we can accept that most of the time it's "both/and" simultaneously. If we can accept that, and stopping focusing our intent and anger on eliminating the "bad" in that duality, it begins to recede spontaneously and loses its grip on us. Maybe it's our rage that locks us in perpetual struggle that manifests in pain. And smiling helps loosen the grip...I try to use as many tools as I can. Check out www.tamethebeast.org It's an animated short intro video by Lorimer Moseley explaining the way the brain interprets danger and generates pain.

Excellent. It can feel like the pain has the right to strike in any given instant but our rules are the opposite, i.e lots of continuous work or have a massive challenge . It can feel like unfair odds against us or the other team always has the ball. Well guess what, that's life ! . So fight to win the ball back and remember as crazy as this sounds, this is just a game that goes better if you enjoy it. Every time i get a flare up , first thing i do is either greet it as Mr bs pain or laugh at it , then calm my tense emotions with breathing then make effort to ignore and move on. Find the tactics that best suit your character I'm guessing. ?

Sometimes I worry watching videos of other peoples success storys with other symptoms, if my brain will grab on to their symptoms and add them to my new rotation. 🤯🙈🙉

Let's reframe worry. Worrying is like praying for what you DON'T want. Why not put your focus on the things you DO want? Your brain can literally create anything based on your expectations. Expect the best. :-)

hi dan! I have a question and sorry if you have already mad a video on this but I can't seem to find it but what do you do if the pain comes about during physical activity which I know is the tms and the brain trying to warm me thats its dangerous. if you have any advice id appreciate it or if you made a video if you could direct me to that. thank you!

This video talks about resuming physical activity: kzbin.info/www/bejne/aZ3MoKOCrcqoY6M This one talks about the brains perception of danger and why the pain comes back or gets worse. Basically, your brain still believes physical activity is "dangerous". It's your job to teach it that it's not. kzbin.info/www/bejne/pqbQaqOnq6hkh68 And this speaks about the purpose of pain: kzbin.info/www/bejne/r2euaGWibtF9qpY

Can TMS cause erectile dysfunction? The prescribed drugs don't work, neither do herbal concoctions. Any help?
@PainFreeYou4 жыл бұрын
If you view TMS as too much stress, very likely. What I can say is that once we have that problem getting it up, it becomes a massive fear and emotional stressor. Unfortunately, our Jr. won't be able to rise if we are afraid if it will "work". The more we worry, the less likely it is to function properly. For me, it's all a confidence game. And without going too into detail, if you can masturbate, it's most likely not a physical issue. it's a confidence game when with a partner. Build your confidence. KNOW you are fine.

100% ED is mostly anxiety , worry etc. My uncle ' the rabbit man' is 67 and still active , no pills , just a small shot of perversion now and again. 😁
