I could barely find any videos on pain physiology, this explanation is spot-on and through. Thank you so much.

Thank you for sharing this video. I've listened through the video, eyes closed four times now and I believe it has helped me. I intend looking through, discovering and HEARING more of this series.

Is peripheral sensitization the process that operates in the development of chronic pain over a longer period?

I've been punished a lot in life. The following are my experiences. Kindly lemme know how much each one measures on the pain scales: - i used to get caned on my bums by my teachers at school with a fat cane - i have been spanked by my mother, aunty, teachers and a few friends with their bare hands - a batchmate of mine during my MBA days had one whacked me on my bum with her umbrella (for teasing her) - many doctors and nurses have given my bums injections

Try selecting 1080p from the onscreen options. This video plays in HD ok our end, but sometimes it automatically selects 720p so you need to change it manually.

The visual part of this video is not nearly as important as LISTENING. Close your eyes, focus on his voice and HEAR the important things he's discussing. I believe it helps when we shut down our visual mind and focus only upon the audio, our minds are less cluttered and can better understand the subject matter.
