Good video but delta fibers are not thin comparing to C fibers, delta fiber diameter in the range of 1-5 um where C fibers around 0.2 to 1.5 um. In this video and video latter said delta is thin while C is thick. How?

Does gabapentin work by increasing GABA?

Yep. GABA is the major inhibitory neurotransmitter of the CNS. So increasing those signals are useful to inhibit excitatory circuits that can get over stimulated and lead to seizures. Can also work as pain relief too.
