found this video while cruising through YT, just about 3 minutes in and I'm in less pain than I was before, I have some kind of bug that's making the back of my throat hurt and this is helping a bit (along with the ibuprofen). I can swallow without wincing in pain because of the noise, thank you

This really helped relieve most of the nerve pain and stiffness I woke up with. Started working a few mins into the video. I’m at 42 mins & 90% of the pain is gone. I also feel more clear headed. Hope this is of interest to you. 15 years I spent with tinnitus ringing in my ears. After 1 hour listening to some 40hz music video that promised to heal tinnitus I found I was fine! I may get a few seconds of tinnitus every now and then but it's stopped being a constant, daily, nuisance. I've experienced some incredible healing events in my life, once I began to look for them. So happy that you have found something that works for you. Blessings of love, joy and peace to you. If you don't mind, I will share another little healing event that changed my life. I broke a joint in my chest (who knew such things even existed?), it laid me up for a week. Stuck on my back. Barely able to sit up, barely able to take a deep breath. A year later I repeated the injury and felt the same initial pain in my chest around the solar plexus. I knew it was serious so I laid down for the night and turned on youtube. A video popped up, 'master chunyi lin demonstrates the sword fingers technique.' It was a 5 or 10 minute video demonstrating a healing technique by a Qigong Master. I tried it on myself and it worked. In 5 minutes I was walking around and swinging my arms like I was fine. It still hurt a bit to stand or lie down, but otherwise, it was like I had done 5 days of healing in 5 minutes. Incredibly cool stuff. Thanks for reading this. Much love to you all.

I had a case of very bad period pain that would not go away even after 2 tylenols... I was DYING, feeling like I was in labor... in the office, at work. I put this in my headphones and pain started to subside right away. Of course, maybe it was Tylenol kicking in finally, but the fact is that pain was gone only after I put this track on. Thank you!!!

I hypothesise for now that it amplifies the effect. Took two cocodamols alongside this video and my sciatic pain from two days ago has been greatly alleviated. Too bad there isn’t a just tones version of the pain relief ones. Thanks anyhow.

@carolyns46693 жыл бұрын
Ibuprofen will make stomach pain worse in the long run along with making overall health worse. It depletes the body’s glutathione which means you won’t be able to absorb vital nutrients. In general, ibuprofen CAUSES stomach pain.
