Thank you so so so much. I got the answer from you. My lower back is very tight and in pain. I guess it’s my middle back not functioning well and being lazy, I am sometimes being lazy and round my back when sitting on couch. Love the exercises you gave. I used to do all the cobra post, or upward facing dog. I didn’t expect it would be my middle back problem. I’ll keep doing it everyday since now and see how it goes. Thankssssssss!

Your professionalism is super, no one to match you, maybe your sister Brenda. When you were using your elbow on her shoulders I was so wishing it was me receiving your healing touch. I was in the ER 6 weeks ago with a trapped nerve in my shoulder, and only was given paracetamol and codeine, I live in N Ireland. The numbness is only now leaving my arm and thumb. God bless you and your healing hands every day. 🇮🇪🍀❤️

Normalizing headaches..well that stuck with me..my neurologist definitely has always been like headaches are normal. So my daily headaches have always been shrugged off as hormonal. But like..I’m always going to have hormones so that was a weak excuse. Luckily I’ve found a chiro who has brought that daily headaches down to like 3-4/week and my migraines have gone way down.

Regarding her wrist injury, it could be from the tattoo. I got a wrist tattoo early in the year and ever since I've been getting wrist pain off and on. I'm pretty sure it's from the wrist being too stressed out from the tattoo. My wrist has the same mobility issue as hers.

Which foam roller do you recommend for beginners? There are many different densities (low, medium, high, extra high) so I don’t know which brand or density to start with.
@Jason-wc3fh3 жыл бұрын
You start with the lowest density as a beginner to find trigger points. As you progress and it becomes less painful you can work your way up to the stiffer, more dense rollers that can target areas more aggressively.

Good evening Doctor! I had a few biology questions about your treatment: 1. How exactly does what you are doing clean the tissue? 2. Which fluids/intracellular spaces are "acidified"? The body tends to be fairly consistent about pH. 3. How is the joint responsible for "cleaning" a tissue? Usually that would ascribed to the lymphatic system and kidney. I appreciate any response!

Dr McLauglin you might be interested in a little device called the Backpod. I use it for freeing up the frozen rib joints in the back to resolve costochondritis, but it can be used on the sacrum to loosen that area as well. Check out Steve August’s KZbin videos about the Backpod. I had costo for 26 years before I came across the Backpod and it reduced the majority of my costo pain within a month. Now I’m using it for the sacrum and it’s been a lot easier and more effective than the foam rollers I was using. Hope that’s helpful!
