I did the research for all you guys & gals asking about the pillow used and it's called the "Denneroll Pillow" , he says that name during the video it's not clear but if you pay close attention to the words and look at the unclear bag on the floor it was easy to piece together the full name.

if you go on his sisters channel dr brenda mondragon, she would link the roller and scrapers i believe. the roller they use i think is around $100-$200. i'm not sure if they're still linked on her most recent videos but her older ones have them😁

Please please can we get some info to that particular pillow for sleeping? Especially if you can get some type of affiliate link, refer all bonus or something. I’ve been searching for a long time and cannot find the right pillow and havnt seen one just like that. If it’s at all possible to share how to purchase these products for at home users it seems like so many of your subscribers are willing to support and the exhausting trial and error process of order a bunch of garbage online only to be constantly let down is expensive and frustrating! The products I’ve found and been using are mediocre at best but not nearly enough after consistently working on my posture stretching 😩

This may be a strange question. I’ve been having health issues since I was 2 months old and a vaccine mutated a lot of my major cells. I am often brushed off by drs for any symptoms and it’s always put down to my atopic dermatitis, allergies, athsma, or in my head due to my anxiety, depression, mood disorder etc. the last couple years were really rough. I’m still healing but I’m in pain all the time. I’ve always had some hyper mobility extreme when I was little and I have always had joint pain. I’m June of 2019 things got really bad and I had gone from being in remission from my atopic dermatitis with my allergies under control to having the worst flare of my life, severe allergy all the time, more pain than ever, chronic exhaustion, and all kinds of other symptoms. I gained a lot of weight and I developed eye problems. I’ve always had textbook eyes according to my eye drs. The worst I had was a scratch in each eye and healed no issues both caused by differnt things, I have had mild allergy eye that resolved fairly quickly, and eye strain as well as I was born with my eyes almost crossed so had to do a lot of eye exercises. I’m wondering if the body being out of alignment could cause these issues to take longer to heal, and to be in pain all the time? My mother went to a chiropractor years ago for back problems. Went in with a bulged disk that was supposed to get fixed and came out with it herniated. So it scares me thinking about it but I know it does help some people. I’ve been on meds my whole life. I was put on steroids and gained more weight, and now have high iop they believe from the steroid eye drops. Instead of the drs trying to find the issues or listening to me I have to fight for tests. And they still don’t believe me that something is wrong because they come back “in normal range”. I’ve been to 6 drs in the past two and a half years, and I am being sent to another eye specialist for the pressure. Would alignment and neck issues cause any issues with high eye pressure? I can’t find any info really about any of it and the drs don’t want to discuss it. Just check, give meds, and send me on my way. Explain everything every time, they say I never told them when I did and it starts again. When I got sick in 2019 I didn’t realize I had black mold in my bedroom around a leaky radiator pipe, that spread into my mattress and box spring but the drs don’t believe me that mold at least triggered my issues. After it was cleaned up and taken care of I began healing. Slow and still feel horrible. I know my alignment is off. I have to self pop my back, hips, fingers neck not even intentionally, I move and I snap crackle pop like a bowl of Rice Krispies. I never ever force it. Especially my neck and back. My knees also pop a lot. I dislocated my right shoulder as a baby/toddler and it was in winter so when they took my coat off to do X-ray i stopped crying and nothing showed up. But it bothers me sometimes especially when a storm is coming or I lift anything heavy. I know this is a book of a comment but there’s a lot I’m dealing with and I just wanted to see if there is any way to get another specialized opinion on some of my issues not a dr who just wants to push meds that can be harmful and either tell me it’s all in my head or “we won’t test for pcos/endo or other issues because you can’t have the treatment or there’s nothing that can be done about it.” I understand if this isn’t read as it is a huge comment. But I appreciate you posting these videos, as after watching several of them I’ve learned more about the body than my drs have ever taught me or explained.
