Dan. There in laysy probably. Colonoscopy yesterday , all clear. Some symptoms went away. Knowing. But my chest aches from a sternum injury. Dozens of X-ray, CT Scam, bone scan, specialists, physio, chiropractic, osteo. acupuncture, breathing, meditation. Nobody knows why my chest hurts So I don't know. They tell me all the scans look good My best guess is I need to stretch and exercise and go through a tough period of pain before my body gets use to it
@PainFreeYou
@PainFreeYou Жыл бұрын
If the doctors cannot find anything wrong with your sternum and chest, your body is FINE. Your BRAIN is creating the pain based on perceived danger. Notice, once you had a clear colonoscopy, the fear when down. No surprise, the symptoms did too. ACCEPT that your body is not involved here. Your brain perceiving danger is ALL that is going on. Teach your brain safety and the symptoms can go away completely. Dive into the course in the membership website and show up to some group coaching calls to get more clarity and support on implementation. Stretching is NOT the solution. Teaching your brain you are fine is.
@parttimedrummer2064
@parttimedrummer2064 Жыл бұрын
@PainFreeYou revent bone scan showed csifaction around my sternum and my thorasic spine. The best treatment for that is physical activity. My problem is that my physio gave me a 'snow angel' stretch, where I lay back over a roller and move my arms up uver my head. Too much. Swimming is too much. I need small stretches. One's the work at the calcification but door poke the bear
@PainFreeYou
@PainFreeYou Жыл бұрын
@@parttimedrummer2064 Are you aware of TMS and what I call perceived danger pain? What is the doctors PROOF that this supposed calcification is the actual cause of the pain? Or is it possible it is just an incidental finding? Take the assessments. They are here: www.PainFreeYou.com/start As long as you think your sternum is messed up in some way, your brain will keep the pain going to "protect" you from using that part of your body "too much". But what if your body is fine and you JUST have TMS/Perceived Danger Pain? I believe that is ALL that is going on. So why does it hurt when you do the stretches or swim? Because your brain perceives those things as dangerous. Pain is the warning. THIS: kzbin.info/www/bejne/qp-4Z354dttonMk

See that’s what I’m confused about now that I’m not in daily pain… I still have pain in my back or hips or foot or knee and it’s always the same spots but it’s not daily. It’ll bother me after exercise or if I’m really having rough emotional feelings or stress but they take turns it’ll be my knee for a while then my back then hips etc. So I’m not sure what’s going on but I never feel 100 percent or have a day where one of those body parts isn’t bothering me. Is that just life pain?

Hi Dan i have so much fear of financial worry and stess that is running the physical pain and anxiety along with few other stresses. I fear not working as not worked for few years due to all this. If i dont work and get better soon i will lose my home. Am i meant to just go get a job to eliminate the stress? I really am unable to as in such a state. Im so scared of being homeless and also of being alone with all this worry. Ive worked all my life until stress took me out 4 years ago and now unable to do much at all. Back pain and glute pain is so bad. Is the worry of not working causing all this? If it is i dont know what to do because not able to work in this mess. So so broken and scared all the time of what will be become of me, pure terror.

The worry of not working may be keeping it all going. Any perceived danger can create or keep symptoms going. Don't decide in advance that due to your financial situation, that you cannot get better. Diet is not a part of the solution. TMS / Perceived Danger Symptoms mean that the brain is causing symptoms, not the body. Nutrition won't fix symptoms created by the brain perceiving danger. From a body / physical standpoint, it doesn't make sense. But there is something called TMS / Perceived Danger Pain. When you look at your experience through that lens, it ALL makes sense.
