Lovely landscapes! Tip to prevent beading: brush some gum arabic on the mixing surfaces. As a wetting agent, it encourages paint flow and helps the paint move on the enamel. I picked this tip from one of Schmincke's online tutorials and it surprisingly worked for me!

Love the first sky, Will keep practicing. For the enamel puddling I have tried toothpaste, glue stick and toothpaste on the surface too encourage paint not to puddle.
