Do you allow the paint to dry before you heat set between colors?

Yes, I let it dry, throw it in a hot dryer, then heat set between layers.

You know what? I have several pairs of overalls I've been wanting to embellish and this video gives me the urge to just rip those bib pockets off and replace them with cool fabric or patches. I NEVER use those pockets to hold things because stuff always falls out when I have to undo my bibs to use the bathroom. Instead of trying to finagle my brain into figuring out how I'm going to decorate those idiot pockets, I'm going to rip them off and add them to another project!
